Hello again dear wonderful beings✨ Here's the February schedule, not a minute too early 😅 I was waiting to see if my Thursday series were going to be a go before putting out the official schedule. So no 9 am class this month after all, but please let me know if you want to join in Spring, I'll be happy to run it if there's interest. You can also drop in to either of the series that are now underway (Sunday or Thursday evenings), please notify me at least 3 hours prior if you are planning to attend. Kirtan ongoing every second Friday, New Moon Sound Bath on the 9th, plus a special treat on February 17th, ELEVATE-Concert meditation with Nadia Logist. A journey through the sound of Bulgarian melodies and folklore with Nadia's violin delighting you with music for the soul! I also have two events which aren't in studio this month, Embrace Retreat, a fundraiser for the Campbell River Hospice Society, on the 3rd and the Women's Nourishment Gathering in Black Creek on the 11th.
