Happy New Year and Happy to be back after a much needed break from screen time and planning! Hopefully this message finds you recharged and rested. Motivated and inspired for this beautiful year ahead! The studio has officially reopened today, starting with Kirtan tonight at 7pm🎶 I am also very pleased to share the brand new monthly schedule! Big changes to note are a 1/2 hour shift in New Moon Sound Bath and Full Moon Ceremony times making it much smoother for people travelling from Campbell River! (6:30pm and 5:30pm start times instead of 7 and 6) Another change to note is both yoga and meditation classes are now offered as preregistered series only. You can signup for the time/days offered on the schedule or book privately with friends. Best value of all my offerings (other than what's offered by donation) and makes attendance much more predictable at my end, so a big win, win I'd say! Pass holders can use the remaining balance on their pass towards paying for a series or use a class on their pass to pay for a drop in for a series underway, space allowing. The Two Series I'm offering at this time are the 5 week Sound Meditation series (back by popular demand, now on round #3!) and Kundalini and Chakra Yoga series which has been modified to a 4 week series (instead of 8) and with 2 times and levels of intensity to chose from, again by request, making it a shorter comittment and allowing for 2 different paces. Morning time is upbeat, high pace, very activating and physically challenging. Evening practice is nurturing, balancing and relaxing, still involves movement and asana, at a much gentler pace. In other news, I am being called to deepen my personal practice as a Sound Medicine Woman by offering more one to one sessions, catering to specific needs rather than to all at once. I am answering this call by continuing to make myself more available for private bookings. I have received much feedback on how special the small space is for private sessions & how different the experience is in comparison to group sessions. My gifts continue to develop in channeling what is needed for one person at a time and it's a beautiful thing.
