Hello, hello! Happy April, It's that time again! Please find the April schedule as follows. Note that a few changes were made, differing from the first week of April that was featured on the March schedule. One being that there will be no Kirtan on April 5th and I will continue to offer it every second week after all. The other change is to the start of the Sound Meditation series. It will run from April 7th to May 5th. Although I have enough people to run this series, I still have a few spaces that can be made available if you want to signup, it's an absolutely wonderful way to start the week! Finally, in the schedule change department, no Thursday Kundalini and Chakra yoga series. It's been a good run. Happy to provide again if there's enough interest. Please let me know if you want to be added to the waitlist . And there's always the option to book privately with friends, choosing your own day and time. Same goes for Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding, as I juggle time management between scheduled group offerings and private bookings. Please know that it's important to me to have these lower cost scheduled group offerings, although the pull is more and more to focus on private session bookings.
