And here's the final monthly schedule for 2023! Three beautiful collaborative offerings this month: The Women's Nourishment Gathering in Black Creek with Lena from Inner Compass Yoga & Ayurveda on December 3rd Stoke Your Inner Fire with Jenny Rachael on December 9th Winter's Harmony with Trinity on December 16th Special Solstice offering on December 21st, 108 Gayatri Mantra Repetitions, followed by a Sound Journey, moving from darkness towards light on this longest night of the year. Kirtan on December 8th and 22nd. New Moon Sound Bath on December 12th. The Sound Meditation series on Sunday evenings is full and underway. Please contact me to check on drop in possibility or to be added to the 2024 series waitlist (next series start date will be determined by signup numbers). Chakra Yoga on Thursdays 7pm is ongoing this month and will be offered as a preregistered series again in the new year. Please let me know if you want to join the waitlist for next years series or if you want to join a December class as a drop in (please notify me at least three hours prior to start time). Finally, Thursday 10 am class has been removed from the schedule and will be offered by request only. These changes and ongoing class series reflect the direction the studio's classes are moving towards. Starting next year, classes will be offered as preregistered series only. Once numbers are met to run a series, it will be open to drop ins if spaces are available. I've got lots of exciting ideas for series on the way so stay tuned! *Pass holders, please know that your remaining balance can be used towards paying for a series, an event or used to pay for a class in a series that is underway.
