CLASS SCHEDULE

​Tuesdays*  7-8:15pm & Fridays** 6-6:45pm

 Sarah's teaching style and the gentle meditative nature of her classes make them accessible to everyone. Along with physical movement, Hatha yoga asana, breath work and relaxation, explore a variety of meditation techniques for inner listening, directing awareness and benefiting from sound vibration. 

Sarah uses singing bowls, shamanic drumming, voice and other sound medicine instruments both during active practice and final relaxation.

Be prepared to feel relaxed, balanced, grounded and at peace. Sound is one of the easiest and most powerful tools for meditation and well being.

**Starting this February, every second week Tuesday's class will be Yoga Nidra, see schedule below.
*Friday's shorter Sound Yoga classes are in preparation for 7pm Kirtan. Warm up your body, breath and voice before chant.



Fridays 7:00pm
Community Kirtan
A call and response style of chant. Part of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. Offered by donation. Bring a percussion instrument and something to sit on 
(like a bolster or rolled up blanket) if you have.


Tickets & passes can be purchased on this website, in person with cash or via e-transfer.
