***Please Note: As we roll into summer, all events, classes and offerings now require preregistration. All you need to do is let me know if you are coming and prepay to reserve your spot. Helps tremendously in the logistics of predicting summertime attendance and allowing space for an increase in private bookings.

Tuesdays 7-8:15pm
Sound Yoga alternating with Yoga Nidra
Slow, relaxing, gentle awareness base practices. Includes long sound bath style Shavasana one week then yoga Nidra (the yoga of sleep) on the other.
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 am
Early morning Class
These "Spring tonic" sessions are designed to assist in detoxification, strength building, increasing flexibility and raising your energetic frequency.
Saturdays 10am to 11:00am
Yoga Class
Hatha, Yoga of Sound, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra are Sarah's specialties. Includes pranayama (breath work), movement, physical asana and meditation. All practices assist in finding connection within and to all there is.
Fridays 7:00- 8:30pm
Community Kirtan
A call and response style of chant. Part of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. Offered by donation. Bring a percussion instrument and something to sit on
(like a bolster or rolled up blanket) if you have.
Tickets & passes can be purchased on this website, in person with cash or via e-transfer.
