Well, what a beautiful evening we shared on Solstice! Thank you so much to all who attended, we raised 142$ for the Food Bank and braved the coldest evening in the studio so far! Hoping for warmer times ahead😅


Speaking of weather, it’s quite the snow fall we’ve had yet again.. I’ve checked in with those who have signed up for tonight’s New Moon Sound Bath. If I haven’t checked in with you directly and you were hoping to attend tonight, please contact me so I can keep you updated on the latest.. Not sure if it’s on at this point..❄️❄️❄️

🕉️You will noticed the studio is still on holiday break on this upcoming Full Moon. I was asked by Jenny Rachael if I would collaborate with her at her place in Willow Point and just had to say yes!! I think it will be a really good one. Already filling up, only 4spots left, so let me know ASAP if you want more details or want to register. 


⭐️You will also notice a Special Event on the studio’s reopening date January 8th. It is yet to be determined and I’m open to your input. I’m thinking either:


⭐️A ceremony involving the 5 elements
⭐️A path clearing for the new year involving mantra and vision boarding
⭐️Or a « kundalini dance » session intended to balance and nourish the 7 main chakras


✨🌲🦌The answer may come to me before then, but your input on which of these interest you most will be helpful. Bursting with ideas today! 🤩

Hello and Happy Solstice ❄️☀️🎶✨

I hope this message finds you all warm and cozy. I thought I might check in about tonight and Friday. 
If you are planning on coming to tonight’s event at 6 please dress extra warmly and bring an extra blanket just in case. I have a bunch here now too.. It’s been quite a challenge to keep the place warm and not much movement is planned for tonight.

​I also wanted to give you all a heads up for Friday. It looks like we have snow coming and given the low to no attendance when the roads are bad and how much effort and firewood is needed to sorta heat the place when it’s this cold, I may have to cancel. I will confirm either way Friday morning❄️❄️❄️

Last Kirtan of 2022 this evening 

(New Moon Sound Bath by Donation next Friday at 7 before the studio’s 2 week holiday break.. )

And lots happening before then:

•Winter’s Harmony 3pm December 18th *SOLD OUT
•Chakra Journey from Crown to Heart 7pm December 20th
•Sounds of Solstice 6pm December 21st
•New Moon Sound Bath 7pm December 23rd

In other news a couple reminders:

- if cost is an issue, I have 4 drop in classes that have been generously donated let me know if you would like one in order to attend a class

- Kirtan, Sounds of Solstice and this month’s New Moon Sound Bath are all offered by donation.
