I have a few spots left for an outdoor preregistered 4 week series in Heriot Bay for Parent and Baby. Thursdays 10-11am for 60$. Starting July 8th. My style of teaching and of yoga is definitely a little different and so will be this class. I’m thinking light, laughter, fun, social. Mixed with meditative, sound medicine, relaxation and working on a more energetic and vibrational plane.
