Sound Meditation 5 Week Series

Discover the tremendous power of Sound through both active and passive meditation sessions. Includes practices to help in finding and freeing one's voice, listening meditation, pranayama, sound yoga basics, toning, chanting, sound baths and so much more.

Gentle Yoga & Sacred Sound

Join Trinity and Sarah for a powerful collaborative offering honouring the beginning of Spring. 

In this hour and a half session, Trinity will guide you through a slow intentional yoga practice. While you stretch, move and deeply relax, you will be bathed in the soothing sounds of Sarah’s sound medicine. She will use her voice, crystal singing bowls and a variety of other instruments to assist in setting the stage for inner knowing, planting intention and growth.
