Solstice Rhapsody marks the studio's 3 year anniversary and the beginning of summer season☀️ As the downstairs barn is now usable for gatherings, we shall have a freeform ecstatic dance style celebration there, followed by a harmonizing Sound Bath.
The music for the dance will be upbeat, sunshiny, elevated and conscious! 🎶 Please send me your request for your favourite song that fit the above description and I'll include it if I can. Dance session will be approximately 45 minutes. (And it should go without saying that this is an alcohol and drug free space.)

🦋The New Moon is an ideal time to go within and plant seeds for the upcoming lunar cycle. This can be done almost effortlessly by submerging oneself in Sacred Sound.
🦋Through the phenomenon of entrainment, the body and entire being harmonize and align more easily. Thus setting the stage for healing and tuning into the Divine, the higher self or the space between spaces.
🦋As a person directs awareness towards the silence and the still that comes in contrast to exterior sound, it allows ideas, intentions and intuition to surface. Shedding light on direction and guidance for the times come.
🦋Sarah uses voice, singing bowls, shamanic drumming and a variety of other sound medicine instruments to create a truly transformative experience
