Yogic Sound Medicine. Sound is a tremendously powerful tool for connection, union, aligning all aspects of one’s self and beyond. Through the phenomenon of entrainment the entire being harmonizes more readily, thus setting the stage for activating one’s own healing capacities and tuning in to what is needed. I use my voice, singing bowls, shamanic drumming and a variety of other sound medicine instruments to create a truly transformative experience. This offering is now available online via Zoom.
