✨Hello again lovely people, with November just around the corner and harvest time coming to a close, it's time to share next month's in studio schedule.🌿 🎶🕉 Weekly Friday Kirtan is back, regular Thursday 5:30pm class plus the addition of a Tuesday 7pm class. Full Moon Ceremony🌕 on the 8th, Drumming Circle🎶 on the 19th and New Moon Sound Bath🕯 on the 23rd. 🌟Lots to chose from to keep your vibes high and your mind at peace.🌟 Please notify me if you are planning to join a class or event, to ensure you have a spot and that I get the fire going in the wood stove for us. 😉 See you here soon, with love, Sarah XOX

✨Ooooohh! What a magical evening we had on Sunday. Full House, Full Moon! ✨🌕✨ 🍃🍂💖Thank you to all who joined, it was such a tremendous pleasure to share in this space. 💖🍂🍃 ✨❄️ My winterizing project is ongoing, but classes and Kirtan have resumed. Sound with Sarah is back on Thursday evenings 5:30 and a now bi-monthly Kirtan on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. New Moon Sound Bath on the 25th. ❄️✨ 🎶In addition to these regulars our first Drumming Circle on Friday evening on the 21st! 🪘🪘🪘 Looking forward to seeing you here!
