October Schedule *Updated

Hello and happy Fall beautiful star siblings✨

It is once again a great pleasure to share this upcoming month's schedule! What's new you ask? Well other than the 3 regular ongoing classes: Wednesday 3pm, Thursday 10 am and 7pm and monthly New Moon Sound Bath and Full Moon Ceremony ( note: 3 spots left for September 29th..), here's the latest:

- After chatting with a few regular kirtan attendees, which were facing the big dilemma of choosing between Friday Flicks at the Community Center and Kirtan, I've decided to offer Kirtan every second week (as we did this summer), skipping Friday Flick nights, making the decision much easier and opening the possibility for me to see a movie once in a while too..😉 I've also had an offer from someone to share ceremonial cacao and set intention for the occasional kirtan! Absolute bliss if you ask me!! Thank you🙏🙏🙏

Sundays 7 pm (Start date to be determined once required number of participants is met) Discover the tremendous power of Sound through both active and passive meditation sessions. Includes practices to help in finding and freeing one's voice, listening meditation, pranayama, sound yoga basics, toning, chanting, sound baths and so much more. Want to join but aren't available to attend in person? Recordings and live stream will be made available. Want to join but the day, time or price is an issue? -Finally, the addition of two collaborations this month, one which is offered in Black Creek, The Women's Nourishment Gathering on October 1st, offered with Lena from Inner Compass Yoga and Ayurveda and the other, Reclaiming your Sovereign Self, October 21st, offered with Shelby Reid from Rewild Effect. 

All is going great here, feeling so blessed and grateful for everything, it's been so much work to get here and I'm so tremendously thrilled to be seeing the growth and blooming of the seeds I've been planting for the past few years. The journey is ongoing and I thank my lucky stars each day.

PS: I've been working on my recording and online sound setup, mostly to start working with the Sound Treatment Center's online platform based out of California. It brings live online sound offerings to whole new level. Please let me know if you want to be notified when their site is up and running. Also, improving my recording capacities, opens the possibility of joining my in studio offerings via the internet or getting a recording if unable to join a class in person.

PPS: Private bookings available on an ongoing basis, for sound healing, classes, etc.. For groups or individuals. My schedule and availabilities are widening as harvest season comes to an end.🌿

🦋The New Moon is an ideal time to go within and plant seeds for the upcoming lunar cycle. This can be done almost effortlessly by submerging oneself in Sacred Sound.

🦋Through the phenomenon of entrainment, the body and entire being harmonize and align more easily. Thus setting the stage for healing and tuning into the Divine, the higher self or the space between spaces.
