It's that time again! Here's the brand new November Schedule! A few additions to note are: -Chakra Yoga Thursdays 7 pm (in lieu of Wednesday 6pm series) ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🕉✨ - Stoke Your Inner Fire on the 18th, a beautiful collaboration with Jenny Rachael to get your inner fire going at this colder time of year🔥 Includes yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Medicine and a Fire🔥 -Another wonderful Women's Nourishment Gathering in Black Creek on November 12th, offered in collaboration with Lena from Inner Compass Yoga and Ayurveda. 🌿 -Sound Meditation 5 week series on Sunday evenings is open to registration for a second round. No need to have attended the first round to join.🧘♀️ All the regular offerings like Kirtan every second Friday, New Moon Sound Bath, Full Moon Ceremony and Thursday Classes.
