September Schedule and Fall announcements

Hello again beautiful people✨

Thank you so much to all who took a moment to answer my short online survey to help in building this season's schedule. I wasn't able to fulfill all requests, but sure did my best and I am thrilled to share the new line up!!

🪶You will notice all the regular events like New Moon Sound Baths, Kirtan and Full Moon Ceremonies (Note: I still have spots available for tomorrow's one..Hint, hint..😉)

🪶Three brand new classes added: Wednesdays 3pm, Thursdays 10 am and 7 pm. These are gentle Hatha Yoga classes, always offered in an accessible to everyone teaching style.

🪶Two Class Series:

Sound Meditation, 5 week series October 8th to November 5th, Sundays 8pm
Discover the tremendous power of Sound through both active and passive meditation sessions. 80$

Kundalini and the Chakras, 8 week series November 1st to December 20th, Wednesdays 6pm
Journey the through the 7 main Chakras and kundalini energy. 128$

And finally, if you haven't seen the posters already, know that I will be at the Quadra Island Arts & Music Festival (Quadrapalooza) this weekend. Come see me in Sound Seed Yoga's tipi! I will be offering daytime sessions by donation. I am planning to lead kirtan Friday at 7pm (we shall see if it will work depending on what else is going on..😉) Flexible day on Saturday, but I will be around between 10am and 4pm for various sound sessions and will lead a class at 10 am on Sunday. This will be a first for me, we shall see how it all unfolds, but I will be there and ready to share!
