New Moon & Partial Solar Eclipse Sound Bath

The New Moon is an ideal time to go within and plant seeds for the upcoming lunar cycle. This April’s new moon in Taurus coincides with a partial solar eclipse which makes it a superbly aligned occasion for setting intention & experiencing powerful changes.  

The evening will start with a chakra balancing sound yoga practice followed by an hour immersion in sacred sound. Through the phenomenon of entrainment, the body and entire being harmonize and align more easily. Thus setting the stage for healing and tuning into the Divine, the higher self or the space between spaces. As a person directs awareness towards the silence and the still  that comes in contrast to exterior sound, it allows ideas, intentions and intuition to surface. Shedding light on direction and guidance for the times come. 

I use voice, singing bowls, shamanic drumming and a variety of other sound medicine instruments to create a truly transformative experience.
