June Schedule

Hello again beautiful star siblings☺️✨

I hope this message finds you all well and finding a little (or lots) of time to be present in the here and now. I keep getting reminders of the importance of this practice..

It's been quite the juggling act for me these days but life is good and I am happy to say I still manage to find a moment here and there to smell the roses, both figuratively and literally. 

So here it is, almost June! Please find the following schedule for everything that is going on here in the near future.. A few changes to note is a reduced schedule for both the Tuesday evening class and Kirtan, moving to every second week till Fall. As I have been saying, opening more space for private bookings and also to compensate for the somewhat predictable unpredictable summer season 😉😉😉

And again a reminder that preregistration or letting me know you are planning to join these are now an absolute must. It will be the deciding factor on if class or kirtan is a go or not for that evening. (Ideally checking in a day in advance or more if you plan to join. I thank you so much for your understanding and collaboration in this as my business evolves and grows). 🙏🙏🙏

Other dates to note on this schedule are the additions of house concerts here. East meets West tomorrow (May 31st 7pm) and Luke Wallace, with me as an opening act, on June 15th.

3 offerings on Sundays this month: the Full Moon Ceremony (June 4th), Women's Gathering with myself and Lena (June 11th) and New Moon Sound Bath (June 18th)

Wednesday's starting June 14th, Trinity will be teaching a class outdoors here for a 5 week series. See previous post for details and contact info.

Finally, the big one is Sound Seed Yoga's studio 1 year anniversary on June 21st!!! It's also Summer Solstice☀️☀️☀️ Stay tuned for more details on this one and please let me know if you want to be notified first on what exactly I'll have planned😉

House Concert

1440 West Road, Outdoor (*weather permitting) in front of the barn.

'East meets West', with Sarah Sopracolle and Dave Blinzinger, is a musical collaboration with an eastern / kirtan / other worldly feel. We will feature the shruti box with vocals, soprano sax, flute and percussion.

Space is limited, tickets must be purchased prior to showing up. Can be via e-transfer to [email protected] , via this ticket link online or contact Sarah directly to arrange for in person cash payment.

*May be indoors or postponed if raining.

** This event is alcohol and dog free.

Park in the field to the right of the community garden parking lot as you turn into the driveway. Look for signage.

Bring your own chair to sit under the apple tree and enjoy the show.

Luke Wallace w/ Sarah Sopracolle House Concert

Luke Wallace is a folk musician and coastal advocate from unceded Coast Salish Territory known as Vancouver, Canada. Luke's music is a platform for the voices of communities fighting to protect the systems that help them thrive.

Sarah Sopracolle, singer/songwriter, intuitive sound healer and owner of Sound Seed Yoga studio, will be opening with a collection of somewhat folky original songs, kirtan inspired chant and a vocal wordless vibrational offering.
