April Schedule

Wow, what an eventful March at the studio!! I thank you all so much for your ongoing support🙏🙏🙏

Please find the April schedule attached. All the regulars this month, plus a few out of studio events to note:

🤍Weekly Tuesday 7pm and Saturday 10 am classes, Tuesday evenings are a gentle yoga class followed by Yoga Nidra (the yoga of sleep) or Sound Bath style relaxation on alternating weeks. 
🤍Weekly Kirtan on Fridays at 7pm , except for Friday the 21st, where I’ll be performing with Dave Blinzinger at the Heriot Bay Inn for Duffy & Friends🎶
🤍Only 2 spots left for Sound & Massage tomorrow 3pm, please let me know if you would like to attend or need more info, it’s not too late to join.
🤍Full Moon Ceremony this week, (Wednesday April 5th, 6 to 8 pm) a collaboration with Jenny Rachael Olson, please preregister with me if you are planning to attend or click ticket link below✨🌕✨ 
🤍Sound Bath for the Quadra Shuffle will be in the Bay View Room at the Heriot Bay Inn on the 9th, it’s included with your Quadra Shuffle pass. 
🤍Drumming Circle on the 15th at 3pm, most likely outdoors here
🤍Women’s Gathering in Black Creek on the 16th, 1 to 4pm
🤍New Moon Sound Bath on the 19th, 7pm

I’m also still booking private Sound Healing appointments:
🦋60$-100$ sliding scale for one person
🦋120$ for 2 people
🦋Private group sound bath 160$ up to 8 people additional 20$ per person maximum capacity 13 people
🦋Private class in studio 60$ for up to 4 people, plus 15$ per additional person 
Ongoing work on getting ready to launch ✨🌺 Sepal Sound Retreats🌺✨ this summer. Again, please let me know if you want to be added to the wait list, if you haven’t already. 😉
