Chakra Journey
Journey the through the 7 main Chakras. Some theory, but mostly experiential practice. Involves accessible to everyone movement, sound, intention, breath work and meditation. Based on the principles that Sarah learned about in her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.
