Shadow and Light

And here we are, December just around the corner. What a year it has been!

I hope this message finds you embracing whatever state you may be in.

All is well here, as I explore my inner landscape in this increasingly darker period of the year. Where can I soften? How do I lean into rest with more compassion? More melting? And less resistance. Where do I push? When do I ignite the fire? How do I embrace my shadow? How do I accept ALL of me with more grace? 
I observe, I pause, I LISTEN
