 Greetings to all you lovely souls! I'm back from a most wonderful pause from posting and marketing. I'm back with renewed inspiration and excitement for the next chapter! It has been a very full summer and a very welcomed step back from a major component of spreading the word about what I have to offer.. Social media posting, email list, messenger group, etc... Thank you to all who booked privately with me this summer season, it's such a pleasure and reassurance to know that when I need to step back from advertising, people continue to seek out my offerings. I am so grateful to know that the seeds I have planted over the years are continuing to grow. What a blessing! Looking at the September schedule, you will notice that things only get rolling at Fall Equinox here. I love having the flexibility to schedule with the seasons and have often found that people, myself included, need a little time to get back into the groove of things. Whether it be a few more lake swims, the last camping trip of the year, getting the kids back to school, winterizing, harvesting and putting the garden to rest, etc... And so I give myself time, grace and space. And believe this helps in others doing this too. Fall starts off with a most beautiful offering I am sooo honoured to be a part of. Maitreya from Wild Waterways Adventures has invited me to collaborate with her for a Fall Equinox Day Retreat. Our Summer Solstice one was magic!! Signup and registration goes through Wild Waterways Adventures' website, all info can be found there. I have also been invited to offer Sound for the Heriot Bay Inn's third annual Celebrate Yourself Retreat October 16th to 18th. As a third time returning special guest, I most highly recommend this retreat and hope to see you there. All info and reservations are done through the Inn. You can learn all about it on their website. Although I have decided to go with preregistered series for classes this fall, I will continue to offer New Moon & Full Moon offerings, Kirtan, Spirit Talk and Freestyle Dance evenings. I'll also offer a few scheduled Yoga Nidra sessions. All will be posted on the schedule you can find on my website. I'm very pleased to announce my two brand new 5 week series!! (offered by preregistration only). Sunday Sound Bath 5 Week Series and The Five Elements series, both running Sunday and Monday evenings from October 18/19 to November 15/16. Spaces are limited for these as they will mostly be taking place in the smaller studio space, again refer to my website for more details or reach out to me directly. Another special announcement to note is that I will have the delight to host The Awakeneers here on October 2nd! Traveling from Cortes Island, we are in for such a treat!! More details to come in my next monthly share, but all can be found on my website, including links to theirs. This will take place in the downstairs barn to accommodate the size of their group and setup, and this event is offered by donation (suggested 20$), please check in with me and or send your donation in advance to reserve your spot. Finally, know that along with the studio scheduled group events resuming, I am insuring I have lots of time for recording (music, meditation, guided classes) and availability for my beloved private bookings. Whether it be one on one, groups, in studio or at your location, I am growing more and more fond of these and I invite you to give it a go if you haven't already. Private group sessions can be especially affordable, depending on numbers, you might even be paying less than what you would pay for a scheduled offering and you have the bonus of sharing the experience with your special people, choosing your date and time.
