Hello beautiful beings,
May this message find you well. All going good here as I put one foot in front of the other on this path. Truth be told, I've been hearing a louder and louder call to focus in my life. A call to quiet the chatter, a call to refill my cup. And I listen. On this beautiful New Moon day I plant the seeds and set my intentions for the lunar cycles ahead. FOCUS Laser beam FOCUS Tonight's New Moon Sound Bath is my last scheduled group offering till Fall Equinox (Side note: I still have many spaces left for tonight, and it's not too late to signup..). All offerings till fall will be pop-up style or by private booking. To stay updated on popup events please reach out to be added to my FB messenger group or my cellphone text message group. Please contact me to book a private individual or group day retreat, yoga class, meditation session or sound bath. It will be my absolute pleasure to share! It's the advertising, scheduling, organizing and social media time that I am pausing for a bit, not the actual service I provide. ;) Musing On "Busy Ness", another side note. I used to say I didn't want to be busy. That busyness was overly encouraged in our society. When people would ask: "So you keeping busy?" I'd reply: "Trying not to". Then I started a business, and started questioning my anti-busyness approach. Is that really what I want to be sending out there? That I don't want busyness for my business?... And so I started embracing the term. YES to busyness I said! It's good for business!! Well... I've been rethinking that lately. Meditating upon how I can shift this, as I don't do busy well... It's a big reason for why I am drawn to the practices I share. They help me cope with the down side of "Busy". Especially busy mind... So, I'm shifting my relationship to my Busy-ness through action (like simplifying how I offer my services at least for the summer and taking a break from social media for a bit) and through the tremendous power of WORD! From now on I say Full and Plentiful instead of busy. Notice how these words shift the feeling. "I live a FULL life" vs "I live a busy life" "Summer is my PLENTIFUL season" vs "Summer is my busy season" To me FULL and PLENTIFUL evoke feelings of abundance, of enough or satiety. As opposed to BUSY evoking feelings of scarcity, laking time, running around like a chicken without a head or like a hamster on a wheel. Getting everything done as quick as possible in order to get the next thing done on the list. Maybe I'm overdramatizing BUSY, but it's not where I like to be.. So yeah, Im going with Full and Plentiful from now on. ;) And for the business part. I'm shifting my business to blissness! I'm a very proud blissness owner. I am happy to do blissness with you. And it is such an honour to share my blissness offerings with the world! On that note, I send you my love, New Moon blessings and abundance for all! In love and gratitude, Sincerely, Sarah 🙏💕🌱🤍✨
