Pre solstice Holiday Wishes

Hello again  wonderful people,

I hope this message finds you making the MOST of these short days.

When I say MOST, please know that I am in no way referring to production or doing a lot. I am referring to BE-ing. Being present in every moment, in every breath and every heart beat. Be-ing here, being now. 

As my experience of growing awareness evolves, I "catch my self" when walking one step ahead of the present. 
And then, I bring myself back to NOW. 

The present of presence is a precious gift, well worth nudging myself back for, over and over again. 
I breathe. I am here. Now is all there is.

Truth be told, I am finding this practice increasingly challenging while I'm prepare to depart for a very exciting trip!! 
So I plan, pack, and I come back. I come back. Again and again, over and over.. And I dream a little too.. ;)

And so, in all this, I've decided to wait till my return before presenting the January schedule. Leaving a little room for inspiration to emerge and see what the new year brings. Till then I invite you to Shadow and Light. My last studio offering before 2026. All details can be found by clicking the following link. Please reserve your spot or check in with me before 2pm Wednesday the 17th, so I know how much Cacao to prepare and so I can start heating and setting everything up in the most appropriate place for the size of the group.
