Falling into Fall

Wahoo! And hello again lovely Sound Seed Yoga community☺️

It's that time again! Sharing the latest of what's happening at the studio with the September schedule🌿

No Kirtan this Friday the 30th, as I gear up for the big Quadrapalooza festival this weekend on beautiful Quadra Island. I'll be offering a Sound Bath on the big stage Saturday at 10 am and the playing with SADARA (me and Dave Blinzinger's musical collaboration) on Sunday at 1pm.

Then it's New Moon Sound Bath🌑 this Monday at 7pm. I've got a mini sale going on for this one, 21$ instead of 27$. Spaces are limited, so as always preregister with me or through my website to guarantee your spot.

We are moving into Fall in a few weeks and I have a special Equinox celebration in the works. Stay tuned for more details, but I have a couple special guests lined up and a beautiful evening will be had by all!! ☺️🔥🤍✨

As promised, scheduled classes are resuming after Equinox with a few different options for pricing. More details to come when I officially introduce the Big Moon and Little Moon 5 class passes, but all can be found right now on my website under purchases and events. Basically, the more you commit to coming, the less you pay per class. And the added bonus of 20% off New Moon and Full Moon offerings while your pass is valid.✨

Although I've had a big upswing in private bookings, please know that I have ongoing availability for private classes (starting at 60$) and private individual Sound Medicine Sessions (starting at 100$).

For those of you who cannot attend classes and events in person, please let me know if you are interested in attending classes via Zoom. I am looking at a trial run in October. You also have the option to book private Sound Sessions with me through the Sound Treatment Center or purchase my Sound Meditation Video Series.
