Relax, unwind and journey within with a weekly Sound Bath. Indulge in an hour of full body listening, where you don't have to do anything. Simply lie down and allow for the soothing sounds to "bathe" you. This is a completely passive practice.
This brand new 5 week series invites a moment of peace and harmony to set the tone for the upcoming week.
Sarah uses her voice and a variety of sound medicine instruments to create a unique experience channelled to assist with your intentions and for the greatest good of all beings.
Note that as two of the Sundays fall on New Moon and Full Moon. The monthly New Moon Sound Bath and Full Moon Ceremony is included in your series purchase at no extra cost.
