Dive deep into Shadow, prepare to emerge back into the Light. Embrace ALL this season has to offer.
As we approach New Moon and Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, how can we navigate this increasingly dark period with grace. How can we soften and give ourselves permission to rest. How can we flow with the cycles of our beautiful Mother Earth and emerge on the other side re-sourced and ready to greet the light once again. How do we bring in small reminders and move intentionally even while leading very full lives. How do we avoid spiritual bypassing on our spiritual path? The drive to focus solely on Light can sometimes lead to ignoring or stuffing away parts of self that deeply need our attention in order to grow and integrate ALL aspects of self and existence.
