**Notify Sarah, with as much notice as possible to secure your spot, via email, text message, phone call or messenger for class, ceremony or sound bath. Once your spot is reserved, if for any reason you cannot attend, you must notify with at least 3 hours notice to allow for someone else to take spot (there may be a wait list going if the event is sold out..).
A “no show/no notification” when using a monthly unlimited pass will cancel the pass.
•The missed event’s price and any other offerings attended during the pass month, will be deducted from the pass’s purchase price at drop in rate.
•Balance remaining will be credited to any other classes or offerings during the month time frame at drop in rate.
