Join Trinity and Sarah for a powerful collaborative offering honouring the winter season.
In this hour and a half session, Trinity will guide you through a slow intentional yoga practice. While you stretch, move and deeply relax, you will be bathed in the soothing sounds of Sarah’s sound medicine. She will use her voice, crystal singing bowls and a variety of other instruments to assist in setting the stage for inner knowing, slowing down and healing.
